Refund policy

Refunds are processed after return is received and inspected.  due to the complex nature of our products we must insist customers contact us for technical advise if the product does not fuction as expected.  many times there is a necessary adjustment to the part to help it function.  We have experts that will help you insure it is properly installed.  Please Email me prior to requesting a return and i will go thru this with you at no charge.
